In my '88 Camaro, Im trying to remove my speedometer and install another one. So far, I have the dash board off, the left speaker in the dash out, the front speedometer cover off and the plastic piece underneath the steering wheel off. I have disconnected the two wiring connectors on each side on the back of the cluster. I guess there is a black retaining clip holding the speedo cable to the cluster, but I cant find that clip!!! Does anyone have any experiece with this?
