IMO, I would investigate that rear lamp harness. Since it's exposed to the elements, it would be the 1st place for wire insulation to deteriorate and possibly come in contact with the park lamp wiring. It could also be something as odd as a fautly bulb. The filiment could have broken and is now laid on the park lamop filiment causing it to charge the park lamp circuit. That's a long shot theory but, it's not totally impossible.

sorry!!! i think it might have to do with a bulb, since i just had the wiring out and checked over it 3 months ago when the car was painted.
its probably the same ghost that is stealing all my gas
:lala:
im about to the point where i am just going to re-wire the whole car

sounds like the old "wrong bulb in the wrong socket" problem, did you just replace any bulbs in the brake lights?? check all the bulbs in the rear of the car, if you got a single element bulb in where a dual element goes it will cause the very same issues. just look in the socket (after removing bulb) bottom and see if there is one metal stip or two, then compare the bulb to it, if the socket has two strips then the bulb should have two little "****" sticking from the bottom of it.

the last post was dead on,you've probably stuck an 1156(single element bulb) where an1157(dual element bulb) goes .the 1156 has one "tit" and the 1157 has two.if you put an1156 in an1157 socket you just "fused"the parking light and turn signal together doing exactly what you say the car is doing now.you can look at inside of bulb if it has two "horns" connected together by a single wire it is an 1156,if it has 4 "horns" connected by 2 wires, it is an 1157.
