Blowing fuse when heater cuts on...

when ic ut my AC or heat on my fuse blows...dunno why thanks for your help..i also replaced the blower not to long ago

Sounds like a short, trace your wires back from the blower and see if any of them have cut insulation and are touching. A less likely theory is that it's the blower motor itself. It could be worn and its drawing to much amperage, or it could have siezed up and welded the coils together inside. If the fuse is blowing instantly though, it's probably a short.

hmm. so long as i dont hit the gas or anything mine works fine...but---the fuse ultimately blows. short or blower motor?

If when you accelerate or something it blows right away, Id say its a shorted wire.

If you look at the fuse and it looks like the element exploded, most likely it's a short. If you look at it and it's just a slight break in it, it probably happened over a while and is possibly the blower motor's coil on its way out.
