car not starting please help me.

alright I have a 1989 camaro rs with an original v-6 but swapped to a carbed V-8 the car has run great for 3 months now. But last night I went to start it and it wouldn't even turn over so I had the starter checked and it is as good as new so thats not it.I have the VATS key in my car. Something is disableing my starter so it won't crank. Could this be the vats thing.

Do the daash light come on? fuel pump run? could be the vats key system. the two small wires that come from the swith tends to break after alot of use. not sure if it control the starter or fuel. just a thought

yes, is the security light staying on?

if yes, just pull the bulb and bypass the starter enable relay in the drivers kick panel, cross the green and yellow wires, there are 2 of one and 1 of the other, cross all three

alright we crossed all those wires but it still didn't start or turn over. Could it be the neutral or park safety switch.

does anyone have clue what could be wrong. It acts like a dead short when I turn the key to the start position, it kills my radio and my electric fan and most of the other stuff. This is really confusing.
