who can help with with ac delete?

i've run into a few problems...i am using the ac harness...i have the blower motor hooked up and wires run

i get nothing and the motor does not work...i am thinking bad motor...replacing it....i have found two clips...one has a red wire and the other has a few green colored ones on the plug...there don't reach the back of the hvac unit to control it...these are under the passenger kick panel...do these go any where?

Could be a number of things
are you using the correct cage (Fan Blades) if you are using the AC fan blades in the non ac box, the blades are too long and could be hitting the firewall.

do you have the ground plug installed on the motor

are you checking for voltage with a meter across the 12volt and ground for the fan motor, car on and hvac controls turned on.

check these threads and you will see pics of the 12volt and ground connections for the fan plus some other good info for you

I used my AC blower in my non AC box. The fan is a little deeper, so I added about 1/8th of an inch of washers so it would stand off the box a bit. You can then make a makeshift gasket out of some generic weather stripping. Heck I just filled the cracks with black silicone adhesive.

run a wire strait from the battery to the terminal on the blower, it should fire up, if not you have a bad blower.

if it runs.... you got a wiring problem.

4ft of wire all you need, just touch the ends, it should come on.....
