Hatch pull Down

My hatch pull down stoped working soooo i replaced the motor with an after market one. Still didn't work checked to make sure all connections were good, and nothing so i replaced the one relay thats right nest to the pull down. Still nothing The guy at the auto parts store said there is another relay but he thinks it controls poping the hatch. After like 2 weeks of sitting it will go back down but it hasn't done it yet. Where is the other relay located? its only $8 so i'll just change that

The other relay is located under the center console near the parking brake lever behind the shifter.

Ok thanks, Do you know if that has anything to do with pulling the hatch down or is it just for opening the hatch

The one by the shifter is for the Hatch Release and the one by the unit itself is the Extend Relay. The two fuses that control the Hatch unit are the "ACC" & "LID" fuses. The "ACC" fuse is for the Hatch release switch and the "LID" fuse is for the Hatch pull-down assembly.

Here is a nice troubleshooting chart for you to look over, if you need a schematic for it I just posted one in this thread. The schematic you want will be the last two pictures.
