most firebirds have a accesory feed block behind the the drivers side kick panel. At least the older ones did don't know about the 90's birds

On the 89 camaros late production models they were wired up in conjuntion with the door power lock harness. This mod is also true for the later years through 1992.

By the way, the 91 firebirds did not come with the power seats with motors therefore there is no schematic in your service manual pertaining to them. There is however a schematic in section 8A-145-0 for the lumbar and bolster support system. It is run off the pwr acc circuit breaker along with a 10 amp in-line fuse. The power door locks and defogger also work off this circuit.

Well unfortunatly I am stuck with a chiltons guide and its very confusing and I spoke with a tech guy from GM ,he said something about the possibility that my car may already have a power seat connection under the carpet and there is a slit in the carpet that would show and some kinda super thick black wire running out from under there to run a powerseat wire set up ,could this be true or just a rumor?.....this wire run could also be running straight to the trunk for the power lock release and if so I maybe able to tap into that!......so many choices!!!!

On some models they did have that wire running in that section. It would only be an orange wire running to the power source under the dash and a black ground wire going to the frame under the seat.
