'90 Firebird, Where is the starter enable relay located?

Under the kick panel on the driver side, on some models they were located up near the fuse panel. There will be four wires going to it. There will be a large yellow wire, a small yellow wire, a tan/white wire, and a black/yellow wire.

Now which of these do I have to ground, to bypass that starter enable switch?

You don't ground any of them, you jumper pins "A" & "E". That would be the large yellow wire and the tan/white wire.

Jumper as in connect a fused wire between the two pins.

i think i may have found it but it has a fat yellow small yellow fat green and either a brown or black with white stripe and once you take the white pin out and take the square fuse looking thing out what do you do then thanks buddy

Why are you removing the white pin and taking the relay apart? All you have to do is disconnect the wire harness from the relay and put a jumper wire in the openings on the connector with the large yellow wire and the tan/black wire.
