wiring problem

i'm helping my friend restore his 82 t/a
when he bought the car it ran fine, then he started to pull out the interior and after he was finished the car wouldn't start
there were a ton of loose wires hanging from under the dash and they were all cut
the car will turn on and all the lights and everything work but the car won't turn over i'm confident it's the ignition wiring but i don't know how everything is supposed to be hooked up to the fuse panel

can any of you help?

pictures of how the wiring should be would be extremely helpful
but any help is greatly appreciated
thanks

they're on the driver side and i don't know what wires they are because they don't lead to anything
and as far as i can tell they weren't even originally part of the stock harness
that's why i was hoping for someone to post pics of what the wiring under their dash looks like

there is one blue wire with a piece of tape on it labeled ign. for ignition but it doesn't lead to anything and it's cut right through but it's still stivking in the back of the fuse panel and it's one of the wires that looks like it doesn't belong

maybe it's not wiring but a starter solenoid?
but if so why would it go without any notice?
