Main Acc and Wiper Wiring....Help

Unfortunately I lost my Haynes manual, so I can't look at the wiring diagrams to get this sorted out. Its a 88 Formula TPI car, was TPI. I'm going carb so the wiring was ripped out, plus a lot of wires were already cut...

I've run into two issues, I need to know just what wires that go through on the driver's side are for accessory power. I know the big purple one is for the starter, and there are two other big wires, both red. These are for the accessory power (i.e. non-engine control), correct???

I already tracked down the white tach wire, and a started button is gonna be used for the starter... Also, i'm going with the older style altenator, so I just need to run a switched 12V to the altenator..

Now, the wiper system is intact, except the blue and red wires were cut off, I have no clue why, it was that way when I bought the car..

If anyone can post pics of diagrams from a manual, I would be grateful. I don't have the cash until next week to get a new Haynes, and the wiring must be done by then

Thanks for any help, Bobby

I have some pics that may help. This is the Bulkhead connector located on the fire wall on the drivers side. That should get ya started.

you can disconnect the connector. There is I think just on screw in the middle of it but its normally covered with gunk.

Yeah, I do tons of wiring for friends and such, but unfortunately it's me playing around with a damn multimeter and test light trying to figure out the problem and fixing it. Ahh, i'm just have tempted to spend the day this weekend rewiring the entire car. I'd rather run toggle switched and relays for everthing (except turnsignals/brakelights) anyway... Well I suppose i'll see just how bored I get, still gonna be another month until I can buy a new engine...

BTW, where all can I get a FSM for my car other than ebay??? I'd rather not get another Haynes and just get a FSM for the car...

Thanks anyway, im just gonna photocopy the wiring diagrams from a Haynes at work tomorrow (I work for Autozone)... Other than that, i'm gonna rewire everything else, I just wanted to make sure I can retain the wires to keep my gauges working....
