If I remember correctly you go from under the car, turn the socket counter clockwise, and pull the socket and bulb out the back of the housing. I'll have to look at my car when I get home to be sure though.

Sounds like a burned out bulb (not necessarily on the front) could be any of the bulbs. One bulb buring out can make the lighting system act strange.

I have one like that too. All the bulbs light and function properly, but the instrument panel indicator for the right blinker lights and stays lit as long as the lights are on. I haven't investigated yet, but have a feeling there is a minor short in the right front.

When my left turn light stayed on solid, it was because my front left turn signal bulb was burned out. The bulb has 2 filaments in it, so even though it lights up when the lights are on it won't flash. At least that's how it was for me. I sure GM along with most car companies have similar schemes to let you know when the turn signals aren't functioning correctly.

Thanks, not to sound rude, but I know about how the lights work, and am, for the most part, familiar with the circuit. What I tried to say was ALL the exterior lights and blinkers work normally (no lights or blinkers are burned out). When I turn on my lights, the indicator in the instrument panel for the right turn signal comes on and stays on (not real bright, but very noticeable). I figure it's the right front because it's the only one associated with lights - as in park lights.
