Turning Headlights off? Any Ideas

So It would be awesome if there was some way to bypass the automatic lights on the firebird, sometimes they just pop up randomly. Is there any way to stop this and make them fully manual? I've heard it may be something to do with the twilight sentinel? Anyone have any ideas?

You might have a separate fuse for the dork lights.

Would be labeled DRL in the fuse block.

If not, cutting or jumping the sensor in the dash is another way disable the unwanted system and return control to you, the driver.

Happy Racing!

Yeah I think that I had read on a corvette forum that you can use a resistor to trick the sensor into thinking its always daylight. There wasn't a whole lot of information on it though and I have no idea how you would go about finding the right resistor. :S
