Forgot how to wire alternator
So what wires go to the alternator? The red plastic connector on the back and a black wire attached to one of the rear bolts on the alternator right?
I was installing headers and had the alternator removed for like a month and now I can't remember how many wires were connected to it. It seems like I'm missing something.

Wire Mire
The heavier red wire goes to the positive stud, and should have power at all times.
The thinner red wire goes to terminal S (the sensing circuit) and should have power at all times.
The brown wire goes to terminal T (the turn-on input) and should have power when the key is in the RUN position.
Not sure about that black wire.
Might be a PO addition.
