Speedometer Surging
Not sure if this is the right section but whatever, my speedometer seems to surge + or - 5 MPH while I'm driving and its pretty annoying. Anybody know why it does this and how I can fix it?

Very possibly the speedo head (I had a 140 that did exactly the same thing), but there are other possibilities:
