HELP, turn signal problem on my 90 rs

my turn signals worked just fine, but i decided to take off my lenses & try to buff them out, i took my bulbs out too just to keep them safe, once they were buffed, i reinstalled the bulbs then put the lenses back on (didnt screw them in yet) then i turned on my parking lights to see the diffrence the buffing made they looked super good so i screwed in the lenses. then i was on my way to the store & tried to use my turn signal & instead of the light blinking on and off the arrow just lit up and stayed lit up. not exactly sure if it was just a dumb mistake that i made somewhere or what.. any ideas?

they have kits to clean plastic headlight lenses that get fogged up at auto part stores (advance, pepboys etc) i used one of those (just followed the directions) and it was better, but not good enough so then i took rubbing compound and rubbed it in on both lenses then let it sit for about 10 mins then buff it off. i compounded & buffed each lense 4 times, then after that i used this bottle of Plastic Renewer & Protectant. its supposed to protect from UV rays as well & that was like the cherry on the top of the sundae lol they look wayyyyy better, not absolutely Perfect but its close, it seems like the plastic was brought back to life again. im also eventually going to invest in new ones but i wanna get really nice ones and im too broke for that right now haha and now i dont feel so bad using these for a whilee

have heard people talking about them being in a few spots i can say mine was if you look under the steering column on the ride side of it where the obd1 plug is unscrew that plastic piece and there should be a silver like bracket attached to it about it going diagonal and mine was clipped on that diagonal bracket i could probably describe it better or walk you through to it on the phone easier so if you can't figure out what i tried to type then pm me and i will send ya my #

You blew a bulb - if one side flashes but other doesn't, you blew a bulb on the side that doesn't flash.

Flasher is where fuse panel is - there are 2 flashers, one for the 4ways and one for the turn signals.
