Re: No wipers or turn signals

Well i don't have turn signals either (1991 Camaro Z28, L98/700R4) I didn't check my wipers but will very soon, Flashers work Checked all fuse with fuse tester. Now im at the convenice center, replaced hazard but i am missing two fuses or relays, or resistors, on the convenice center/panel. Get this went to the local GM dealer today and they no idea, it's not in their computer, and they haven't had parts books to look things up sence the 1980s, Guess I'll head over to NAPA tomorrow Good luck

Well the wipers work, went to parts store and he couldn't tell either but their is a stand alone flasher resistor under the steering column 1" dia which i have changed. My next step is to check wires and ground wires at each maker Keep Pluging

Here’s how to find out.

With the key in the RUN position use a voltmeter or test light
(the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) to probe the purple wire at the steering column connector located near the lower right of the column.

If there’s no power there post same.

If there’s power there probe the
light blue wire at the turn signal switch.

Is there power there?

If not, replace the switch.
