What is this under the passenger dash?
A lady hit my GTA a few months ago while it was at a repair shop, been sitting since then but a few issues have come up. working on them one step a time. I dropped the computer and saw this wire, any ideas?

May have been unhooked because the antenna wouldn't turn off.

Just putting an original GM antenna in my car now. It was not fitted for power antenna before. Would the pigtail an relay already be in the car? I will also have to fit another antenna for the power or convert the antenna part to go onto the power motor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
