stupid headlight question
I have an 86 camaro, are both headlights supposed to be on when the hi beams are off? and just the outers on high when the high beam is on? something funky with my wiring when I got the car and trying to un-screw the mess.

Might be better off getting a new headlight harness if its messed up too bad.
