battery doesn't charge. HELP!!!!

I tried hooking up my radiator fans the right way with the relay kit it came with, now my battery doesn't get charged, I took the alternator to get tested at autozone and it passed. Durring the day with the fans running the battery gets charged. I drove it at night with the fans and headlights on and no charge, pulled over real quick and disconnected the fans, thinking that would be the reason why its not charging, but same thing no charge with headlights on and fans off. I'm stumped and need help figuring what's going on. Any advise suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance and hope to hear from my fellow 3rd gen friends.

Haven't given us much info to work with have you?
Haven't done any tests yourself to narrow the problem down
You are the one who has been playing with the stock wiring in your car so how do we know exactly what you have done ?

Just because the Alt tested good out of the car doesn't mean your wiring , etc in the car is up to scratch.Doesn't mean your battery can hold it's charge under load

Know how to use a DVM ????? Start testing the wiring from the Alt to the battery to see where the power disappears or what output the Alt has ; in the car

Not a Camaro specfic problem ; could happen to any car.
Have you tried GOOGLE for info about charging problems?

Doesn't worry me in the least
Ever considered the thread might have been viewed by 41 guys who know as much about wiring as you do ?

What annoys me is guys seeking free help who give little info other than "it doesn't work , why , help me ,then get cranky when a sure fire fix is not forth coming.

You still haven't answer my question in your other thread ;is the Alt not charging at all or not charging enough to keep up with having the lights on ?
Different situations

Re: battery doesn't charge. HELP!!!!

I really appreciate the help, I'm poor and obviously stupid. If I new this forum started charging money for advice then I wouldn't be on it. Sorry if my explanation of my problem wasn't specific enough, I explained it how it happened, and how I saw it in my head. But other than that thanks for the tough love. And I truly appreciate you spending your time putting up those vids for me, WE LEARN SOMETHING EVERYDAY. thanks godbless

Not having a go at you but ESP doesn't work well on the web.
The more info about your situation you can pass on and the more simple basic Yes / No tests you can do before posting a question will go a long way to aid someone being able to solve
( or at least take a educated guess ) at your problem

I can think of 1/2 dozen possible reasons for your problem but I am not going to document on here how to test each until you do some basic testing
and at least identify what is ( or not ) happening

Is the Alt charging? What volts?
Is the charge getting to the battery?
Is the battery holding a charge? how old / has it been tested?
How do you know it wasn't " charging " when the lights are on?
Does the problem only happen when the lights are on?
