Are you looking for a schematic of the internal workings of your ecm (7730) or the wires that are going to it (pin out)?

Re: ECM help needed

Ok basically I've had a problem with long cranking found this to be due to the pump not priming as the wire going in to the ecu plug was loose and moving with vibration,my friend is an electrician it will still happen on and off and he wanted to know if anything else runs off that circuit that could be affecting it,hope that makes sense electrical stuff really isn't my thing lol

Re: ECM help needed

Are you sure that the relay is good. Long crank could be bad relay. Soon as the engine oil pressure comes up the oil pressure switch will kick in (over ride) the relay and the engine will start. Check at your relay connector between green/white and black/white wires should see 12 volts when the key is turned on for about 2-3 seconds. this will tell you that the ecm is commanding the relay on. If it has power there and the relay clicks there is a chance that the contact in the relay are bad. Check for power on the grey wire while the relay is energized to see if contacts are bad.

As for the ecm the only thing on A11 (fuel pump driver) is the fuel pump relay. I have never seen the FP driver go bad on this ecm but i guess it could happen.

Re: ECM help needed

All relays are good it was just the fuel pump prime part that was not working,as I said before jiggle the wire and it primes

Re: ECM help needed

If jiggling the wire makes it work could be bad terminal connection or bad connector on ecm. Try replacing the terminal first. Delphi #12146448. search mouser.com they have them.
