Right side of steering wheel. I know the silver relay is the turn signals and obviously pwr seat but what are the other missing fuses, the white thing and the blue thing? This is in the dash of an 89 Pontiac GTA.

i believe its called the convenience center, if your radio is still wired up properly its not gonna work without the Arc fuse, and Vats needs to have a fuse if you haven't bypassed it

Re: 2nd Fuse box?

The fuse spots are all dummy slots with nothing on the other side. My radio and everything else are working with no problems.

The silver toggle switch? That's on the side of my center console and I put that in for my knight rider scanner bar. If you have a toggle switch like that then it's something someone installed themselves.

Like the "door ajar" or "keys in ignition" dummy buzzer? When is it supposed to sound because I never hear anything?

Re: 2nd Fuse box?

When you open the door and the key is in the ignition; or when the key is off, headlights on, and you open the door

Maybe it's broke?
