I'm not so sure a single 20 amp fuse will handle both fans like that , Maybe use a 20 on each relay at the #30 terminal , so that each fan has it's own 20 ....

Fans do draw a lot of power, stock setups use fuse link or 40A fuse for dual fans.
I don't know how your EFI computer works, but I assume it has plenty of flexibility. For the control side of the relays, you might want to have the computer switch ground instead of 12v. Also, if you can have the computer control the on/off at 2 different temperatures for each fan, the huge power rush will be cut in half when the fans first come on.
But it will work the way you have it.
