No right turn signals..

Left works fine but no right turn signals front or rear. The indicator arrow in the dash does blink but only at about half brightness.

What should I be looking at?

Thanks...

Re: No right turn signals..

Good question. haven't tried those yet... Do the left and right have separate fuses?

Looking at the schematic they use the same fuse.

Re: No right turn signals..

Anyone know where the various lights are grounded? Where they connect so I can check them? Have problem with the right rear tail light too...

I’m not sure but I think The grounds are independent front and rear. I’m wondering if it’s the flasher that could be bad.

Re: No right turn signals..

Looks like the ground in the rear might be shared with the brake light it’s hard to tell not being able to find a good ground distribution schematic.
I think it’s ground 303. You might want to check voltage at the bulbs and work your way back to the flasher & switch.

The right rear tail light also is not coming on when the lights are on but the back up light next to it comes on?? Wonder if I put the wrong light in the wrong socket when I put it all back together? They all lined up right I thought. I'll just get in there and trace wires tomorrow I guess...

Do the turn signals have separate flashers?

Re: No right turn signals..

There are two separate flashers under the dash. One is close to the fuse panel or on it and the other is close to the console under the dash. I don't remember which one is which. I had the same problem with one side not working correctly and it ended up being my flasher by the console.

Re: No right turn signals..

Well my first check of the day was the bulbs themselves. I'm an idiot. I had one bulb in wrong, two bad bulbs in the rear, and the turn signal and tail light bulbs in the wrong sockets. Everything is working perfectly!
