I have an 87 IROC t-top with the overhead console , Dome light isn't workinghowever cig lighter, mirrors, ect all work...?

 

Bulb?

 

IIRC that bulb connection should have constant power via an orange wire and it grounds out when the doors open via the door switch. Check to see if you have power at the orange wire and with the door open a ground at the white wire.

If you have power and no ground you can try unplugging the door ajar sensor and just grounding it to some metal.
