Hey guys oops did I say that, maybe I shouldn't assume lol never know who I'll offend. Idk if I'm posting this in the right category, but it seems to be an electronic issue, everyone I see seems to have the same issue with being stuck in the down or up position and motor wont work. My problem is my pull down latch is stuck up, and the motor continues to go up unless I unplug it, if I plug it in and push down the sensor lever it just stops the motor, it doesnt go down, and if I let off the switch the motor just turns back in and continues to run. I'll try to keep it a bit short because I dont want to confuse an old one i will answer any questions you may have if i missed something.
