Hey, guys
I was working on my 91 firebird and being young and new to cars hooked up the positive terminal up last, there was a little bit of sparks, i blew the dome light fuse, i figured all good ill replace the fuse, i did and everything is fine, now my radio doesnt come on, getting 6 volts instead of 12 and my headlights will go up but will not go back down, deff something electrical, i checked every fuse and they are all good even the ones on the convenience panel. anything im missing im freaking out =(

 

Were you working on anything to do with grounds? Perhaps if you could provide some more detail as to what you were working on before this happened.
