Help! No Spark! 1989 5.7 GTA

Hello everyone, just recently I was driving my 1989 Trans Am GTA to the store and shut the car off since I got a phone call. Once done with said call, I tried turning the car back on but it would not start. It cranks, but doesn’t start. Fuel pump is working and fuel is getting to the injectors, but no spark. I replaced the coil, ignition module, spark plugs and wires. Cap and rotor are good, but still nothing. Thinking it could be a pick up coil issue? The plastic connector piece that connects from the pick up coil to the ignition module seems dry rotted, but the connections are good. Also heard about the oil pressure sending unit could also be an issue that could cause this? Didn’t believe it at first but deciding to throw it out there for opinions. Mine is brand new anyways so that shouldn’t be it. Been stumped for days on this. Can’t seem to find a bad ground anywhere. Any suggestions on good places to look? And yes, I checked the ecm/ign fuse, it’s intact.

Have you verified 12V at the coil?

12v to coil. The red wire on the gray or black connector to the coil correct?

Coil wire? I'd measure the impedance on it and make sure its not broken internally.

Edit: nevermind... looks like you already replaced that.

Maybe the VATS went bad?

I don’t think it should be, I’ve been through two coils already during this unfortunate event. Hopefully my luck isn’t that bad. I’ll give it another look look.

Didn’t suspect the VATS since it cranks and fuel is being injected in the cylinders. I thought if that was the case, the fuel injectors wouldn’t operate.

Ok fixed the issue. Ended up being the pick up coil on the distributor. What a pain. Anyways, thanks for the help
