Can anyone tell me where these 2 oranges are supposed to go on the driver's side kick panel????
2nd and third pic are of same wire.

The First Image is of the VATS Ignition Lock Cylinder Connector.

The Second Image is of the Accessory Power Connector that Plugs in on top of the IPBEC (Fuse Panel).

one more question when i plug in acc power connector i hear something run for 2 seconds. I wrongly assumed since it was acc it was extra. Apparently not lol. Any idea what I heard run ?
possibly antenna motor?????

It could be anything from the LEFT Side of the Image...

My guess would be the Power Seat.
