Hello all. I've searched and searched but haven't been able to find a solution.

I have a 92 Camaro RS, the headlights don't turn on. The running lights turn on when the headlight switch is pulled to the first detent, but the headlights don't turn on when the switch is pulled to the 2nd detent. I checked for voltage at the headlight plug and got nothing. I've also noticed that the blue "high beam indicator" light is illuminated on the dash, but pulling the high beam switch doesn't turn the high beam indicator light off. The high beams are also not working and not getting voltage at the high beam plug at the headlight.

I just bought this car and dont know much about it except that it was grossly neglected. It runs great, but thats about it. I plan on restoring the car and bringing it back to its former glory... so any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Where would you guys suggest to look first?
