These Hooker Super Comp Longtube Headers are absolutely brand new, never even mock-fitted. The original intention was to put these on a built 520hp 350 in our '86 IROC project car, but the project car was sold and no use for the headers. We paid a little over $410 from JEGS just for the headers(excluding shipping). This has the seperate pipe to clear the heater box/AC... REALLY simplifies the install process. I do not have any header gaskets, but you can get them from just about where ever you want.

These are the same headers I'm running on the '91 Z28 in my sig, absolutely flawless, and my motor is putting down 400hp and I have zero restriction problems. I love these headers! Super Comp's are about the best you can get.

how's the ground clearance also...with spark plugs/wires?

My slp 1" 3/4 are off the car and I don't want to put them back on.

 

To be honest, these headers are probably the easiest one's I've ever worked with when dealing with plugs and wires. I can easily get to all of it from the top, never having to crawl under the car. I had 3 different sets of headers on my BlueZ and always had to hassle with getting the plugs and wires out, but have had zero problems with the Super Comps.

As for ground clearance, I've never had any issues with it. I haven't measured my clearance, but from glancing... I think I could safely say I have more clearance than your SLP's.

That's why I went with True Duals, better clearance than I ever had with the Y-Pipe!
