Plug & Play LSX Swap harness
Hey Everyone.
Im thinking of doing a "Re-Wire" Project on my camaro, would do everything completely different, so im offering this up forsale.
Lets start at $700. Here's what' it nets you:
Making it fit:
-Connect Speedo Wire
-Connect ALDL Wire
-Connect fuel pump power wire
The harness includes:
-Full harness
-Wire in fuse box w/ fuses
-Cooling fan wiring
-'03 Tuned ECM (Can be tuned for any LS1,6 or truck engine, just ask )
-DBW Pedal modified to fit into a thirdgen (Requires 1 hole to be drilled)
-TAC Module
-Electronic 78mm TB Avaliable for extra $50
What the harness fits:
-All LS1's
-Plugs into LS1 alternator, and all engine sensors
-Plugs into thirdgen cooling fans
-Plugs into thirdgen C100 connector
-LS1 F-body MAF
-4L60/65e
Harness modifications:
-Added fuse box
-Deleted EVAP
-Deleted rear '02 Sensors
-Added thirdgen cooling fan plugs
The harness is a literally plug & play setup, requires the connection of 3 wires. It hooks to the battery and includes the fuse box power lead, you need to lay it in, plug the engine & sensors in, plug in the C100 connector, hook to battery, ground and your ready to go.
Harness worked flawlessly for hte 5k it saw this summer!

Re: Plug & Play LSX Swap harness
Alright a couple questions for ya sheldon.
1) Will this harness work with a T56?
2) Is this harness long enough to do a factory PCM mounting position?
3) Will this harness work with a 2000 T/A PCM?
4) If the answer to #3 is yes, will you sell without the PCM?
5) And will this harness work with a cable style TB and will you sell without the gas pedal assembly?
Thanks.

Re: Plug & Play LSX Swap harness
Will work for a '99-'04 4.8l, 5.3l, 6.0l, 5.7l(LS1), 5.7l (LS6)
Basically any 99-04 Gen3 motor w/ a 24x reluctor (58x came on 05+ GenIV motors)
----------
Sean:
1) If you would like me to, i can wire it for a T56 for an extra $50
2) No, the PCM i had mounted on the heater box for a bit, then i had transfered it to hide under the front facia
3)The harness uses a '03-'07 PCM, it tunes the same as a '99-'02 PCM, however GM Significantly updates the 03+ PCM's, they use a faster processor, run cooler and are said to be an all round better PCM
5)This would work with a cable style TB, you would need to move some wires to a TPS & IAC motor. The setting now is the PCM controls the IAC through moving the blade itself. The TPS Sensor is actually on the pedal now. Yes, it can be rewired for a Cable style TB
In all honesty, if you didnt know the car was an electronic TB, you would never guess. As soon as tq. management is deleted, the DBW setup is snappy as **** and it allows the PCM to have a little control when the throttle is let off to take some load off the motor.
