Still have the flywheel? What are the specs on it? 1 piece RMS? What's the weight on it? More info would be great...

i still got the flywheel. its for a 1 piece rms. its the HAYS heavy duty flywheel. not sure wats the weight, but its heavy.

It looks like they offer two flywheels... a steel one that weighs 30lbs... and an aluminum one that weighs 15. Is this the steel one then??
