I am not trying to be "that guy" but several engine have been for sale on the boards for several years, for instance a fully forged 406 has been on the boards for over a year at $2800 with no luck. I am just saying you might want to try your luck elsewhere also. Your combo looks very similar to mine, except mine a 1 piece rear main seal, and I have a 700 r4. Makes really good power with the mini ram and zz409 cam

 

Since it's unassembled, you might consider selling the pieces separately.

Agreed, especially since you can find a fully forged 454 small block fully dressed for around his asking price.
