Car: 82 Berlinetta/57 Bel Air
Engine: L92/LQ4 (both w/4" stroke)
Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
350 engine, TH700 trans, q-jet carb, etc.

The 350/TH700 is coming out for an LS1/4L60E swap. All of the engine/trans/carb stuff is available. If I haven't listed it, ask (reply, PM, email). All prices plus shipping. Parts requiring freight shipment, buyer must arrange and pay for shipping in advance - I will strap to a pallet and deliver to dock in the Denver metro area. Pick-up preferred.

Engine, ~30k miles since rebuild in 2005:
ZZ3 shortblock, 4-bolt main 638 casting, +.030" 12cc Speed Pro hyper pistons, stock size journals one-piece rear main seal steel crank, Pink rods, ARP rod bolts, balanced. ZZ4 cam & factory roller lifters, ZZ4 oil pump. Nothing but AMSOIL since break-in. $500 SOLD

Ported World 305 heads, 1.94"/1.50" valves, "Z28" springs. Requires centerbolt valve covers (perimeter bolt bosses ground off). I'd recommend new valve stem seals (radiator fan failure incident). World calls them 58cc, but the shop that did the valves said they cc'd closer to 64cc. $300 SOLD

ZZ4/GMPP spreadbore/squarebore intake manifold. Will accommodate EGR and hot air choke. Basically the same thing as an Edelbrock Performer EGR for '86-earlier. $60 SOLD

CC q-jet carb, '86 model, rebuilt in 2005, daily driven. DR rods. $150

L69 HO dual snorkel air cleaner. Has good ducts. Only the right scoop is HO, the left is LG4. $125 SOLD

CC carb distributor with MSD Coil. $40 {corrected coil brand}

'83 TH700R-4 transmission converted to 30 spline converter/pump. Shift kit (unknown brand, it was installed by the PO), refreshed in '05. Aluminum pan (uses stock-type filter). Nothing but AMSOIL ATF (w/axillary cooler) since the refresh. Has worked great in daily driving. $300. SOLD

Re-stalled 30-spline TH700 lock-up torque converter, stalled at 2300 behind a 305, 2500 behind the above 350. Nothing but AMSOIL ATF since being rebuilt/re-stalled. $65 SOLD

The accessories are the combination flat multi-groove belt for the alternator, V-belt for the rest. All parts are available, including brackets. AC currently works with R134 (only the AC compressor will be sold, I will need the condenser and evaporator for the LS1 swap). Make offer.

If you want pics, I'll try to post as the disassembly/removal progresses.

Re: 350 engine, TH700 trans, q-jet carb, etc.

AAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!! Why do these great deals on engines ALWAYS have to be a half a continent away?!?! I'd be peeling off $100 bills if I didn't have to worry about some trucking company demolishing that short block before it got here. Wish I had more time. I'd take the ride. To top it all off, it was built by someone who knows what he's doing and/or won't try to pull a scam. Rats! PM sent anyways.

I have a commitment to buy the shortblock, tranny and converter.

Add to the list:
350 knock sensor and module, $50.

Awaiting payment on the dual snorkel. Have a nibble on the AC compressor.

Still lots of good stuff available.

Other parts to consider:

Carb throttle cable, good shape. $10 shipped U.S. Cont.

Plastic MAP vacuum line (often broken cracked, etc.), both connecting ends in good shape. $10 shipped U.S. Cont.

I'll make you a bang-up deal on the heads - $300 shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. I'll include the chrome centerbolt valve covers I used (forgot to mention that stock valve covers don't fit - the gasket rails are too close together on the heads), and if you like, the roller tip 1.5:1 Elgin rockers I have used. Again, they should have new valve stem seals installed.

The distributor is still available. It is a stock '86 LG4 with Accel 7-pin module with an MSD coil (large cap). The gear shows a little wear, but is serviceable.

I'll throw in the MSD wires (have center-bolt "Made-4-U" top-of-covers wire clamps) for an extra $15.
