Pro Topline 220cc 64cc aluminum heads
*SOLD*I'm thinking of selling my Pro Topline 220cc 64cc aluminum heads, these are from early 2000's, before they started hitting hard financial times, approx. 2500 miles on them.
Stainless valves (2.02/1.60) with Comp Cam BeeHive springs (matched to comp cam 276HR w/ 1.6's, .540 lift total), straight plug. The accept center bolt & perimeter bolt valve covers. Engine currently has forged flat tops so it's close to 10:1 compression and with plans to upgrade my supercharger, I'm looking to lower my compression with a set of 75cc or so heads. Also, Pro Topline recommended these for 383 & larger engines, mine is a 355 so also looking to downsize to a 195cc. I did just have them cleaned & pressure tested and machine shop said all was fine. Only issue found was a small ridge around around cylinder 8 which is most likely from detonation, see last pic (PO was only running 30# injectors & never properly tuned the car). For a n/a engine, this shouldn't be an issue. If it's a concern, they can be milled & you'll get a little more boost in compression.
Head flow numbers: (as advertised from pro-topline)
Intake Port Test Data @28" of water
.100 .200 .300 .400 .500 .600 .700
70.74 146.41 203.72 249.84 260.51 268.51 276.41
Exhaust Port Test Data @28" of water

56.90 100.99 156.94 176.85 186.34 190.13 194.87

Re: Pro Topline 220cc 64cc aluminum heads
I can't tell what you're showing in your last pic.
I seem to remember some of these heads that came out around that time used a standard pattern but had rased intake ports, meaning that they didn't mate up perfectly to some of the standard intake gasket/flange patterns. Is that the case with these?

Re: Pro Topline 220cc 64cc aluminum heads
The last picture is an a not so good pic of the ridge on #8.
These don't have the raised intake ports, just the .100" valves. The heads are part # 123 4000 20.
I did find this link that lists RHS part # and the Pro Topline part #: http://www.wilmink.nl/cylinderheads/RHS.pdf
12026 123 4000 20 Pro 23º-220cc Runner-Straight Plug 2.020”/1.600” +.100” Max street perf./oval track/drag 383-400cu to 7500rpm 400-550

That I'm not sure as it was all together when I bought the car...I only know that they were matched to the cam.
