Yes it will fit, but if you have air conditioning, you will need to buy either a new water pump (which is cheap) and different brackets to move the alternator to the driver side (you`ll spend more on brackets than you will for a water pump). Also The alternator is a 1 wire newer style, you`ll need to buy a conversion plug. Not sure what the part number is, but I think NAPA makes it and I`ve seen it on ebay new for $20.00. One last thing, This is a V-BELT setup your car is serpentine, everything will bolt up, but if you do have air conditioning, not only will you have to buy the brackets to move the alternator, you`ll have to buy a V belt pulley for you A/C compressor.
