Complete t5 setup
I have a t5 set up out of my Iroc. This includes everything, trans, bellhousing, flywheel, clutch, hydrolics for the clutch, pedals, hurst shifter, and throwout bearing. I'm not sure how much to ask for it, but I'm open to offers and I would like to trade for a set of aftermarket heads or other performance parts.
Re: Complete t5 setup
about a week late here, I just sold a set of Dart Iron Eagles. I'm looking for a T5 to swap into a 87 Monte SS, do you have a price range on your parts? I have a few performance parts still for sale, here's my updated list, see anything you might need? I will work with you on any parts for T5 trade.

I'm not really sure how much a complete swap is worth. I saw your add on craigslist and almost emailed about the heads. I guess I should have. The only thing that I could use would be the stuff for the retro roller cam, the cam lifters and pushrods.

Re: Complete t5 setup
I'm not sure what year it is. I was having trouble with my 700 that was in my car so I bought this 5 speed and put it in. It worked great the 2 years it was in my car. I'm pretty slow when I try to shift it fast so thats why I"m taking it out. I want to have the car to be consistant at the track, so I'm putting the auto back in the car. I also have the stock shifter for it to.

Re: Complete t5 setup
I can't get a good pic of the tag, the number on the tag is 1352-072, which makes it out of a 1985 camaro or firebird. From the pics that I've seen on the internet of the bearing cap it looks like the trans is a nwc. The trans held up behind my mildly built 327 for about 2 years. I can't get the pics to upload right now.

Re: Complete t5 setup
I am interested in your conversion package. do you have a price in mind? i also have a th350 with either a 2200 or 3000 stall converter in it. i can't remember which. i have a b/m mega shifter and trans pack improver kit that havent been installed on the car yet. it is a project turned daily driver and it is too low geared to drive down the road very long. lookin to make mine a 5 speed.
