Just to update. I've gotten a lot of requests for these mufflers since the original post. I was able to contact the original source who said he still had some left. But he he hasn't responded to my emails for many months.
I figured we'd clean this guy out 3 years ago when I discovered him. The source seems to have become a ghost, now.
