1 3/4" Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers w/Y-Pipe...

Had these on my modded 305 for very short of a time, decided to put the turbo back on months back. Got these from ebay for something like $250 shipped to my door. Fit flawlessly, engine just needed to be lifted up, so whoever wants them, do NOT try to bang them in. Lift the engine, and they slide right in. I have read horror stories from members who had no patience, so be sure to do it the right way. They are dirty because I was moving them around as I rebuilt my small block, but clean up perfectly as can be seen by the small section on one of the primaries I wiped (left hand side) before taking these pics. That was with a clorox wipe, dirt wipes right off.

Was going to save these for another third gen project after receiving a lot of interest on them, but decided to go another route, and these are third gen specific, not to mention I am moving away from GM entirely. Prefer local pick up only, obviously, and am only asking $75.00 for the whole set. My loss, but it's fine. Just want them to be used and enjoyed. All clamps needed are in the pics provided. Pretty sure I have the bolts that came with them that bolt to the heads, but I didn't use them because they looked a little too long, and I already had quite a few from past headers that I knew were the correct length, and just used them instead...

... and this is what they sounded like w/some lope, and opened y-pipe;

Honestly, if I were to ship them and take care of all that, I'd have to go through UPS. They are very close, and I always work with them. Plus, they are fully insured, so you never have to worry. However, UPS normally charges more than the USPS, and I refuse to use the USPS because I have had horrific experiences with them in the past. I've had packages arrive at my house opened, handed to me like that, and I'm looking at the carrier like "are you kidding me", with their response, of course, being "wasn't me". Very sticky fingers they have. So if you want USPS though to save on cost, then you have to take care of shipping on your end, meaning get their quote after I would just give you the dimensions, weight, and residential zip code. I would do all of that with UPS though in a heart beat. I mentioned local pick up because I don't have a box that size, as well as not that much stuffing left, but let me see what I can do Ben...

Pretty sure I have installation pics, as I was documenting the build as I went along.

Forgot to mention that the y-pipe is stainless as well...

If these will clear a t-56 please put me in line. I'll take it all and be happy to pay shipping to 82801.

Re: 1 3/4" Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers w/Y-Pipe...

I just got back to the house guys, sorry for the late response. Ben, Dan, I just have one guy who PM'ed just before you posted who wanted to see them in person, I guess he wants to measure them, not sure. But I told him sure no problem. I do have a box, just need bubble wrap and stuffing then I can weigh it. I like UPS because they insure up to one hundred for free, so your money is safe and sound. Those who bought from me will tell you that I send soooo many pics of the packaging that I get out of hand lol, that's just my way of making sure you guys are getting what you want, and that its safe for transit. Yeah that freaking SBC sounded mean with them, had a few guys come over who were movers for a few houses down commenting on them. Well, the cam obviously played it's part too. Wish I would have had them connected to the Flowmaster for that video, it sounded freaking insane with them...

I am almost positive that they clear that manual trans, but not 100 percent positive.

Let me research that just to be sure...

- Rob

Edit: Yes they clear a T56. Here is a link to some pictures provided by a member, Jacob. Read all of his posts on that page, as the headers literally drop right in once the engine is lifted. However at first he was trying to get them in with the AC system still in place without lifting the engine at first. This is why I stress to lift the engine, it's a must, they slide ride in...

Hey Rob curious of the brand name on those and any other info you might be able to fire to me. I am looking for a set like that and at the original price those might be exactly what I am looking for. Either way thanks for the info and I gotta get quicker LOL.
