Plenty of comparison threads out there and different style heads between the two manufacturers. I tried to list some of the key specs to help.

How many miles on them?
What spring package is on them/what height/rate... are they set up for?
Are the comp 1.6 rockers pro magnums? What size studs? What guide plates are installed?

- About 10K miles / 10+ years old
- COMP valve springs #987-16 + new COMP valve locks/shims/retainers
- COMP Pro Magnum 1.6 RR (don't have the part # offhand)

- Springs are 1.840" installed / 130lbs on seat / 345 at 600 lift
- They are clean and machine shop put them through the jet wash
- Vacuum checked and seal great, no valve leak down
- There is 1 ding where I lost a piston couple years ago, but only cosmetic
- 2021 -- COMP guide plates and 3/8 ARP rocker studs
- 2021 - COMP springs, locks and retainers
- 2021 - Guides changed to manganese bronze
- 2021 - 2.02/1.6 black fully nitrated heavy duty valves

FYI, for the price range, these heads are comparable to AFR 1006 and only beat by AFR Street Eliminator (full CNC) heads, which cost a bit more.
