I am looking to buy a used T-5 transmission for my 85 trans am. The car already has a t5, but the 2nd gear synchro is going.

Hey bro all you have to do is buy a syncro kit it will run you way cheaper to do so and have someone on the side do it.

 

I have a T5 that works great! If your going pick it up in NY zip 12566 I can do 150.

thanks for the offer, but the setup is already in the car, clutch is brand new, just need the tranny.

 

tpi-hearse might have what you need, and he is in CT. Last time I was there, he had a car he was going to part out, and it had a T5 in it.
