As title states, need an engine harness from a 92 RS with TBI and 5 speed. Doesnt have to have all the connectors. Just need it for a conversion harness.

 

I have a 89 tbi auto harness but I think I need the ecm conector. If your interested let me know.

I've got 92 rs 305 tbi with a 5 speed. as for price i'm clueless i'm from ny where it seems like you have to pay twice as much as others. so i don't want to say a price and you no way in heII. so basically i'm saying is make an offer i guess

 

I would give $50 shipped for it with the accessorie harness in the engine bay.

 

I've been chipping away at the wires and have a couple of quastions. did you need the wiring for the head lights and the power wires going down to the starter as the lights seem to be hooked up the drivers side main harness and i'm not to sure if the I can pop that off and for the starter i can't jack the car up but i maybe able to get to them with some major bending and twisting but if you don't need them i'll cut them. i have to go shopping for awhile now but will get back to work on it later

 

well i was able to get the light harness of the drivers side plug and can get to the starter.I had to stop last night as the rain was getting heavy but all I have left to do is unplug it from the passengers side inner fender and get it off the starter. there is a couple of issues though. first i remembered when i stared to disconnect things that I cut the two wired going to the alternator when i switched the serpentine set up the 86. and second the thermometer going to drivers side of the block and what i believe is the o2 sensor fell of one time and hit the headers and melted the o2 plug melted together but i should me able to separate and I think i was able to still use the thermometer. I'll try to get some pics up later and also how did you want to pay for this i.e. paypal (preferred) check ,money order. later

 

No problem on the bad connectors, I'll be cutting it somewhat. Just makes sure there are not cuts in the section the plugs into the firewall by the booster and yeah I need the headlight harness uncut if possible. As far as the section that goes through the passenger fender, you can just cut it off. I dont need any of that section. I would like the starter wires intact however. Thanks, Jt.

yeah i just got up, and got slammed by thirdgen email here too. i was able to get the wires throw the passages side with cutting any things i did have to cut the ground wire that connect to the passengers side head but i have stuff to fix that. but as i was starting to pull wires out. there was a wire running down the bell housing that I'm not sure where it goes.i started jacking the car up to see if it's for the VSS system but the car started tipping and had to stop.problem is the car is it's got two front shredded tires and the 14" rims are in the ground and the rear axle is only being held on by the shocks and drive shaft and because of the town i live in i had to move it with a tractor to behind my shed (all cars in town have to have plates/tags) so now the rear end is crooked. i can jack it up but I'll have to take baby steps. and the other thing is I'm getting no time to work on this and when i do get time it's raining so sorry for the delay i would of never Imagen this would take so long, i was hoping for 30 minutes top

No problem man, The wiring across the bellhousing is probably from the reverse light switch or VSS. Take your time, i dont need it right away and its not worth getting hurt over............jt

sorry i haven't gotten back to you, never got a email notice (again).i"ll try my hardest to get it together today.it's just been nothing but a bad string of luck here. with the worst being the wife and kid we're in a 3 car accident, everyone was alright but we've been talking with insurance people for all most two weeks now and still no check.I know their going to total it so I've been trying to get another vehicle ready, but seeing how i had surgery on my back I can only work on it a Little bit here and there.

Just to update you, I got everything out ok. I'll just have to look it to shipping options... ever thing is a whole lot heaver than I was thinking it would be.Wiring comes in at little under ten pounds

 

Shouldnt be more than $10-$15 tops to ship. If you have a Kinko's near you ship it FedEx. They are normally cheaper than UPS and USPS on boxes.

 

sorry I haven't been in contact lately, my daughter got it to a go kart accident on Monday and we just got home from the hospital on Thur. the nearest kinko's is about 20 miles from me but it is up the mall we go to every so often, but if not there's a ups spot near here that I'll probally ship it from if need be. just let me know when you wanted to pay for it and I'll PM info and get everything sent out. just the way my luck is lately i want to get this out before our house burns down with the wiring with it.
