Need Lower TPI Intake Manifold

I am in need of a TPI intake manifold. I only need the base and not the runners, fuel rail, or plenum. I broke one of the thermostat housing bolts off on mine and someone got drill happy and ruined the manifold .

Any finish is fine, just needs to have all bolt hols intact. I am in northeast Ohio (44057). Thanks

Your existing intake has the Cold Start Injector yes? I have a spare intake for my TPI L98 and I'm pretty sure they are the same intake but not 100%, do you know anything about this?

Yes they are the exact same parts. PM me if your interested.

It is an 87 motor with 9th (cold start) injector. I believe the actual intake base is the same throughout all the years.

Re: Need Lower TPI Intake Manifold

I had the same problem with mine as well
You are not alone

I had mine fixed !

A machinist removed the broken bolt
filled the "cavity" and smoothed out the top
and helicoiled the new hole, using the housing as a template

IT works great

I considered having it fixed, but after I messed up the hole, I decided to just get a new one. I think it is also probably cheaper to get another one these days than to have a machinist fix my old one. I like to take the easy way when it doesn't sacrifice quality or cost more
