Intake Manifold

I need a intake manifold for a 305 Carb Motor # 055 is the cast iron one
i believe. I think the #053 is a aluminum intake, i need the cast iron one.

Is the manifold cast iron & the # 055 ???

just checked the intake. the casting number on top is 14101071

actually i think the last digit is a 4

I have a carb intake #14057053 , very clean, only couple thousand miles on it, looks like never used. just read about it and you might reconsider, it'd be perfect for a 305!

I'm jumping on the band wagon with still another intake choice. Off a '87 L69, so it has the offset center intake bolt holes to match your heads. This alum intake has been shot-peen cleaned, then glass beaded after removing the tin heat shield and looks brand new, no stripped bolt holes or any other issues. $50 + ship.
