I am on the hunt for a 3.45 gear set for the BOrg Warner 9 Bolt gear set. I bougth the motive 3.70 gear set and had several problems settign it up, and trying to get a good contact pattern. When I got it set up right it howled like a dog. So I said the hell with it, so if any one has a 3.45 gear set for a borg warner. Let me know the prices shipped to 48623. Thank you

What year did it come out of? Is it a true Borg warner? I didnt think they came with a factory 3.70 gear set? I thougth just 2.77, 3.27? and 3.45? What is the lowest you would take for it?

They did make a factory 3.70. I had one before. If I recall it was an '85 rear end.

I also had a 85ta that had a 3.70 geared 9bolt and it didnt hum. was strange gears though.

The Borg Warner 9 Bolt I have came out of an 87 GTA. It is a factory 3.70 gearset and it also has disc brakes. I would like to get $300 for it. Otherwise I am gonna keep it as a spare for my racecar.

 

What do you have to offer me Dave? You have the whole rear end or just the ring and pinion?
