WTT Carb tank pick-up/sender
I have a carb type fuel tank pick-up/sending unit in good condition (needs new pick-up sock). Will trade for in-tank electric pick-up.
PM, email, or respond here.
Thanks.

I'm not in a hurry. When do you think you'd be able to pull yours?

Re: WTT Carb tank pick-up/sender
Eventually I'll have two. One is out of the car now, the other will be when I install the EFI pick-up.
Re: WTT Carb tank pick-up/sender
I have a pick up from my 86 TPI IROC that I converted to carb a few years ago. It's sitting on my parts shelf. I'll also have another pickup from an 87 Coupe ( 2.8 TBI) that I'm working on. I'm swapping all the go fast parts from the IROC to the coupe and will need a carb style pick up when I convert this off season. (The IROC gets relegated to winter beater status with a carbed 305)
I checked UPS ground freight cost for a 10 lb. package from CO to my U.S. shipping address near Chicago and it comes in around $11 USD.
What do you think?

PM shipping addresses and I'm good with that.
The sending unit works, I assume. I'd be replacing the pump one way or the other.

Re: WTT Carb tank pick-up/sender
I appologize in advance if this is a dumb question, but what are the differences exactly between the carb and EFI pick-ups?
I'm asking because I originally had a 2.8 MPFI which I swapped out to a carbed 355. I kept the in tank pump and used a regulator, but if/when my pump bites the dust I would consider swapping to an inline or mechanical pump. Thanks for any response, sorry for hijacking the thread
