ECM core

Looking for an ECM core for a 88 IROC, My dealer is telling me it must be the same part # as the one I am buying. Thanks

So what ecm are you looking far a 86-89 tpi 1227165,16198259,16198445 ?

The 16198445 number matches, is this a core or a working ECM?

There all the same numbers. I just sold my last one for $50. you should just pay the core charge im sure it not over $50

you can look at a junk yard here is a short list of the vehicles you will find the ecm in. There all over ebay as well just do a couple searches using the numbers I posted.

If you just need the core with no prom, I might have one around somewhere for reasonable. Can't guarantee it works, but is intact
