need help and fast
i have an 86 camaro with the 2.8, it's pretty quick for what it is, anyway to the story, i raced a z24 cavalier about a week ago, after i was done i pulled into the gas station, i started my car up, and when you rev it up, you can hear like a knocking noise, it isn't loud but loud enough that i can hear it, and when the car idles i can feel the floor vibrating. i was told this was either: flywheel bolts or a rod bearing?? somebody help me!

Or wrist pin.
Check the flywheel. You very well may have toasted your engine, however.

Mileage doesn't matter a whole lot when it's being abused. And, racing is abuse.
Besides, you said the floor vibrates at idle. That doesn't sound like "running well".
It's almost impossible to do a virtual diagnosis. You need to check it over or have it checked over.
