Should be good for about 400 at the crank....if.......

where are the rest of the specs on that cam....... You listed the lift for 1 lobe , possibly 2.........

what did they deck the block too.........

Cylinder Head specs......... vavle sizes, combustion chamber volume... runner volume.. CFM @ .500" lift

Rod length..........

What ratio Rockers........

Pistons........ what cc valve reliefs

compressed thickness of the headgasket........

Was the rotating assembly balanced.........

ETC..........
You need all this critical info to determine how an engine will run..

It would be over-carb'd and if your not going to port the intake and use a good exhaust setup the heads will be a waste of money. Never seen 5/8" valves either.

What are the rest of the cam specs, the intake and what in the world do you mean by "High compression rings"?
