what all does the engine include, does it come with intake, pan, etc.?

or does it just include the basic long block?

350 hp at the crank isnt that hard to accoplish with a cam, intake, and head work on almost any long block(considering the heads arent junk)

it depends on the parts in the engine too. It will help if we know a few more specs.

if its that complete it probably isnt too bad of a deal, but before you rush in to buy it, i would find out the head castings, and the internals of the engine.

It sounds like a decent engine

For reference $2500 is about what my BBC build is costing me this time around with forged pistons, Weiand intake, 750 DP carb, geardrive, Comp XE cam, all machine work and the heads 100% rebuilt with new parts except seats and 3 angle valve job. Add $400 if you need to get your own SBC block and heads for decent castings.

Smart shopping and a good combo could get you a 383 that puts out more for the same price if you do the labor.
